4. Habit Minder
It’s said that in order to establish a habit, you must do it for 28 days, yet we all know that this is way easier said than done. Establishing good habits can be difficult at times, especially when it comes to habits that take discipline, such as working out. Habit Minder is an app that lets you put in a habit that you want to achieve, and it will remind you (at the time that you decide) to maintain the upkeep of establishing that habit.
If your goal is to begin working out four days a week, you can put that into the app and it will remind you on the days that you select until it becomes a habit. With so much on the minds of entrepreneurs, this helps relieve the worry of remembering while keeping you accountable!
You can use this app to remind you to create/post content 4x a week, or to dedicate time to checking comments and social media so that you can engage with your readers.
While journaling is commonly known for the abundant benefits that it’s able to provide to mental health, often times people say that aren’t able to do implement it into their daily routine because they don’t have enough time. Daylio is an app that is basically a quick, private journal that you’re able to use every day without having to actually write out a single sentence.
With just a few clicks, you can express and keep track of your moods and feeling day-to-day within minutes. Although the life of a girl boss is hectic, with this app you’ll have no excuse not to journal! Keep that mental health in check, girl.
